SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders must be pre-paid.

COUPONS

All discount coupon codes must be entered at the time of order. Multiple codes may be applied (i.e. free freight + employee discount). Refunds or credits will not be given if the coupon code is not applied during the checkout process.

SALES

Sale pricing limited to available stock only.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard. Dealer Purchase Orders are not accepted.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders with Federal Express. Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart. Recipient is responsible for all charges connected to export shipments. Stock orders are pulled and shipped within five (5) working days of receipt.  Backorders and special orders will ship within 21 working days with the exception of orders from Germany that will ship at the confirmed delivery time.
