ADVANCE ORDERED APPAREL

School participants may pre-order apparel for pick up from the factory when they arrive for class. Orders must be placed no less than three weeks (21 days) prior to the first day of school.

COUPONS

All discount coupon codes must be entered at the time of order. Multiple codes may be applied (i.e. free freight + employee discount). Refunds or credits will not be given if the coupon code is not applied during the checkout process.

SALES

Sale pricing limited to available stock only.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard. Dealer Purchase Orders are not accepted. No refunds after 120 days from credit card settlement date. 

SHIPPING

We ship all orders with Federal Express direct signature required. Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart. Recipient is responsible for all charges connected to export shipments. Please refer to the stated delivery times prior to placing your order.

RETURNS 

Inspect shipment immediately upon receipt. No damage claims accepted after 30 days from receipt. Please refer to return instructions as stated on the packing slip.
