GENERAL
DESCRIPTION:
Candidate would assume a territory and handle all dealer inquiries
related to technical issues regarding our complete product range of
lift trucks. Candidate would also handle other regional phone
inquiries as well. Frequent/ Extensive travel will be required to
resolve technical issues, install certain types of equipment and
conduct training as required.
This position will be out of the assigned region and the candidate
must be willing to locate to the immediate surrounding area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing to our
dealer network in a timely and efficient manner
Answering and returning phone calls, follow up and follow through are essential
Must be able to document and accurately record events as they happen
Must always be aware that directions given to our dealers can influence safety and
repair cost
Must be able to work in a very fast paced setting and maintain a positive attitude while
addressing frequent dealer inquiries
Must be able to work in a group setting and freely share information pertaining to issues
Must be able to perform Service Training classes at the dealers and/or end user locations
Must be able to re-locate in the Houston Texas area
Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and technical Spanish
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 7 years experience with industrial truck repair and service
(preferably with Linde product)
Must have very strong skills in A.C./ D.C. and electrical system diagnoses and repair
Must have strong skills in hydraulic and hydrostatic system diagnoses and repair
Must be able to read engineering drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics
proficiently
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft office as well as with Linde diagnostic
software
